1:24:24! was a superb run for me, my leg didnt ache, the weather wasn't too bad, the water points were good, and i achieved my sub 1:30! my 10K time was 57:21 and 5K was 27:03. i paced myself around 5:45 per km, and the km markers were reallly useful.
now 21 seems much easier to achieve, and my aim is sub 2hr =)
