bay run 09

i have completed a half marathon!

ok fine its 7 minutes off my goal time but at least i can say i can run 21km (almost) non stop. still awaiting the official results, but my chip time SHOULD be around there.

race expo

went to collect my race pack today, first time i actually went to collect it. quite a lot of people streaming in and out, but collecting was fast, although i stayed for quite a long time.

training today was also nice, first time since prelims that everyone came. quite pleased that i managed to reach the top of the rock wall, as being 10m+ above the ground isnt really my thing. good job to everyone today =)

10 days

10 more days till my 2nd anniversary of SBR. 10k last yr, 21k this year. goal is 2 hr, but doubt i can meet that if my injury acts up. wish me luck =)
